Responsibilities

  • The MRI technologist will support patient care by performing quality MRI procedures and other duties as assigned.
  • The MRI technologist will consistently maintain focus on customer service and safety.
  • Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement. Supports the radiology department and reports to the radiology supervisor.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • One year of experience as an ARRT (R) 
  • Registered by the ARRT (R) in good standing
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology technology school 
  • Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
  • Registered ARRT (R)(MR) within 90 days of hire

Preferred Job Requirements

  • Registered MRI Technologist with prior work experience in a healthcare setting
